We ran almost the whole day on a dilapidated watery trail along the Indus to the mouth of Zanskar.
Then 15 km on a paved road to a turn-off that led us to an adventurous trail with a few notable creek crossings to our camp at 3700 m, and cooking over a warm campfire. until after a few stream crossings and on an adventurous path at 3700 m our camp fire ignited.
Our acclimatization works well, 60bps resting pulse and no headaches. My only concern is blisters on my feet....

Wir sind gestern fast den ganzen Tag in einem verfallenen Wassergraben am Indus entlang bis zur Mündung von Zanskar gelaufen.
Danach auf einer Teerstraße 15 km bis zu einer Abzweigung, bis wir dann nach einigen Bachquerungen und auf abenteuerlichem Pfad auf 3700 m unser Lagerfeuer entfachten.
Unsere Akklimatisierung klappt gut, 60er Ruhepuls und keine Kopfschmerzen, nur mal wieder Blasen an den Füßen…
